Rita comes from a human resources and training background.
Before working at DVRCV, she spent 12 years in the trade union movement educating union members. Rita has been involved in negotiating paid domestic violence leave into enterprise agreements and educating union members about discrimination, harassment and workplace bullying. Rita has developed workplace equal opportunity and diversity policies and continuously strives to achieve fairness and equality.
