Maria has wide-ranging experience in education, activist and community service settings, with involvement in research, policy development, teaching and practitioner support for gender equity, respectful relationships, and the prevention of bullying and violence. Maria is passionate about promoting trauma-informed, strengths-based and transformative approaches in supporting system-wide connectivity and action for social justice through education.
