Reflective Practice workshop

Course description

This experiential workshop provides the opportunity for workers from family violence services to consider how they can integrate reflective practice into their day-to-day work. The workshop examines the meanings of reflective practice, its recursive cycle and framework. It explores the links between reflective practice, professional and practice development, and quality service provision.

What you’ll learn

This workshop will examine:

the meaning of reflective practice
RPs recursive cycle and framework, and
the links between RP, professional and practice development, and quality service provision

You’ll have the chance to ask questions and to do exercises that apply the knowledge you have learned.

Length

One day, 9:30am-4:30pm. Lunch and morning and afternoon tea is provided.

Cost

$50 SHS*; $100 non-SHS funded workers
