Sexual Violence in Intimate Partner Relationships

Co-facilitated with CASA House.

Course description

Sexual violence is frequently experienced by women in intimate relationships and compounds the already significant impacts of family violence. Given the complexities involved for women in disclosing intimate partner sexual violence (IPSV), it is important that the possibility and consequences of IPSV are incorporated into all responses and support for women experiencing FV. This workshop will explore wider social issues and practice responses relevant to working with women experiencing IPSV.
